NEW DELHI: State-owned Indian Oil Corp (IOC) is in talks with LT-Tata Steel-owned Dhamra Port Co Ltd for environment adult a 5 million tons a year LNG depot in Orissa, a firm’s executive incharge of new businesses has said.
